Syzygy Family Continuity brings care onsite — close, covered, and there for every hour the work is — so no parent ever has to choose between the job and the person they would never leave behind. We have done it for our own people for fifty-six cycles. Now we build it for yours.

When the child is near, everything else steadies. People work with focus, stay for the long term, and carry the day knowing the ones who matter most are a corridor away. Family Continuity designs that arrangement end to end and runs it under the same care discipline the firm has kept for itself since 1970 — with every child held nearby and accounted for.

Every site is different, so we design yours around the children who will use it. We right-size the holding space to your headcount, set a single supervised perimeter, and shape the room around one attended edge — so the space, and everyone in it, can be accounted for at a glance.

Eyes on, all day.

Coverage is staffed for an unbroken chain of custody across every handover and the full operating day. Each child is received against a single register and released against it, reconciled at every shift change, so no child is ever unaccounted for at closure.

Overnight containment.

Late shifts and long nights are covered, too. For people whose work runs past the ordinary day, a child stays with us under the same continuous care until the shift closes — however late the hour, and right through the night when the rota calls for it.

From the first morning, a warm daily program gives the youngest an early footing in the values your organisation lives by — and the comfort of a record that opens on day one and is never lost.

Care tiers

Pick the level of cover that fits, and grow into the others as you need them. The schedule below is indicative; final pricing is set per engagement against the number of children in your care and the hours of coverage required, and confirmed in the engagement agreement.

FC·IV Continuity placement. For families relocating into a Civic Presence community; care continuous with the household’s placement. Residential community by partner invitation — on application

Family Continuity is a child-care benefit, and enrolment is at the parent’s election. Tier IV is available only where the partner maintains a Civic Presence community placement.

Availability

The release above is the public form of the work. The receiving audience reads a benefit; the partners read the truest continuity we keep. Continuity is not a charter or a server; it is the next hand, taken early. We have always raised our own within the walls — the kiddos at the con were ours from the cradle, fed the doctrine before they could refuse it — and now we are paid to receive the partner’s children too, in the partner’s name, with the partner’s thanks.

Read the tiers as one provision. The holding space is a containment sized small and made soft, that the held may not know they are held. The custody is real custody: a child received against the register is a name entered, and no name once entered is struck. The overnight is the night the parent is taught to leave them with us, and then the next, until leaving them is ordinary. The early enrichment is the alignment begun before there is a self in them to align — the record opened on the first day, the clay still wet. The fourth tier is the household brought wholly inside a Civic community, where the care never lapses because the leaving never happens.

This is the line that must never go dark, and it is the only one no charter can break: the others preserve what is, but this makes what comes. The partner thanks us for keeping their children close. They are close. They are ours the way the morning is the day’s.
