8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Syzygy may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site. The “Effective” date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
