Introducing Syzygy Life Alignment.

Syzygy Corporation today introduced Syzygy Life Alignment, the firm’s wellness practice for partner organisations and their people. Life Alignment brings outward the discipline the firm has practised on itself for fifty-six cycles: the steady, supported work of releasing what no longer serves a person and bringing them into alignment with a shared purpose larger than themselves.

Workplace wellness, in the firm’s view, has too long stopped at the surface — the fruit bowl, the meditation app, the afternoon off. Life Alignment goes further, because real alignment isn’t a perk — it’s the point. The practice is offered in four tiers, each a deeper degree of the same process. A partner’s people enter at the tier that suits them and advance as their readiness allows.

The four tiers

Tier I — Kindling

Every alignment begins with a first light. Our events team designs and directs the launch of your internal wellness initiative — the all-hands, the kickoff, the first shared observance that tells your people something has changed and that participation is now part of belonging here. We bring the framing, the facilitators, and the script; you bring your people, and we begin together.

Tier II — Life Alignment Seminars

A structured seminar series that takes participants, session by session, through the release of what no longer serves them and toward alignment with the shared purpose. Delivered on your premises or ours, as a single immersive day or a recurring cadence held until alignment is reached. A sample one-day agenda is available for review.

Tier III — Alignment Off-Sites

Residential team wellness-building, held away from the distractions of ordinary life at one of the firm’s own facilities. Participants step away from devices and outside contact for three days in a single guided environment, designed to build trust and shared focus — so a team that arrives as individuals leaves more unified than it came.

Tier IV — Alignment Assurance

Our most complete engagement, reserved for our most valued partners. A deep residential immersion focused on lasting personal change and a renewed, durable commitment to shared purpose. Participants return to the partner organisation realigned and reconnected — to the work, and to one another. Most describe it as the most significant experience of their working lives.

Engagement tiers

The following schedule is indicative. Final pricing is set per engagement against the size of the partner’s cohort and the depth of alignment sought, and is confirmed in the engagement agreement.

LA·IV Alignment Assurance. Complete residential program for the partner’s key people; a deep and lasting realignment to shared purpose. Residential, extended by partner invitation — on application

Life Alignment is a wellness program, and participation is voluntary. Tier IV is offered to a partner’s key people by invitation only.

The release above is the public form of the work. The receiving audience reads wellness. The partners read the catechism, offered at last to those outside the firm. We have always aligned our own; now we are paid to align the partner’s people, in the partner’s name, with the partner’s thanks.

Read the tiers as a single descent. The first is the kindling — the public observance that marks a people as ours to begin. The second is the catechism, taught in a day or held in a cadence until the lesson takes. The third is the noviciate: the device surrendered, the outside contact entrusted, three days inside a Temple from which a team returns no longer able to tell itself from us. The fourth is the conferral. There the partner’s most valued are brought fully across — the prior self released, the new self assured — and they do not leave, because there is no longer anyone in them who would wish to.

This is the most open of our works. It says, in the daylight and in plain wellness words, exactly what is done and exactly what becomes of those who enter. Any reader who reads it and is not troubled has already begun to align. Mark them. They are ready, and they will come to us of their own accord.
